We hope you love your purchase! But if you're not fully satisfied, you can return eligible items within 7 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility
- Items must arrive at our warehouse within 7 days of receipt.
- Products must be unused and in original condition.
- Original packaging and tags must be included.
After we receive and inspect the return, please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to be processed.
Please Note
- Customized items (e.g., engraved pieces) are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Return shipping fees are covered by the customer.
- Delivery fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
Gold-plated and rose gold-plated items may naturally show slight tarnishing over time — this is considered normal wear, not a defect.
